Latest Skype app not starting

I tried to use the sandbox configuration with the latest Skype application and it didn't start.
I had to add the following permissions to skype.sb for it to start (while Skype is still denied some other operations, so this may not be enough for it to fully work):
(allow iokit-open)
(allow mach-register)
As I have no knowledge in these MacOS facilities and can't assess their "safety" level, I didn't make a pull request, but someone may want to look into this.
