Font subsetting and UTF-8

With DOMPDF_ENABLE_FONTSUBSETTING set to TRUE there are some national
characters missing in the PDF. In my case, these are special Czech characters
with diacritic marks, instead of ď it puts only d, but there is an empty space
for the diacritic mark. However, with font subbsetting off everything works
fine. DomPdf version 0.6 beta 3.
