What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output?
All text justified.
What do you see instead?
The first line doesn't justify
What version of dompdf are you using? What version of PHP? On what
operating system?
DOMPDF 0.6.0 beta 3
PHP 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.3 with Suhosin-Patch
Ubuntu 12.04 server
If you remove span element from text, the text justifing works.
