Describe the bug
Not connecting Neighbors per Mac Address

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Winbox
2. Click on Neighbors
3. Select macaddress in "Mac Address" and try to connect to router
4. New Winbox window appears, showing a 5-second delay countdown to router message with Reason: Could not Connect
5. Winbox do not connect to the router

Expected behavior
The second Winbox window should appear immediately and connect successful with router
