Automatic switch off doesn't work properly

My YubiSwitch is configured for 10 seconds delay, however, for some reason, it gets switched off immediately.
I had to disable "Automatically switch off YubiKey" feature, and now have to disable it manually.
OS: Mac OS X High Sierra
can't repro anymore. please move to 0.14
