Vue 2 Support

v1.x is compatible with Vue 2. The latest version as of this writing is v1.8.0. The branch which has 1.x code is master-v1.x - https://github.com/palerdot/vue-speedometer/tree/master-v1.x.
Please note all features/updates will be prioritized for v2.x (or whatever is the latest major version)
