Feature request - Pass car data in real-time to external script

Hello,
I would like to make a feature request.
Is it possible that the driving speed and the direction/heading of the vehicle can be passed to an exterenal script via ajax or js.
The idea is as the car is being driven the speed, heading value is passed in real-time to an external script/api
If this can't be included in the official code, can someone please guide me how it can be done where in the code to focus to get it done so i Can try it out please?
