Instead of css the extension displays a error message

This is the error message:
"on Navigated.
Select another dom on the left
or
Reopen the Devtool. "

I reopened Google Chrome and enabled allow access to file URLs and on all sites. It still doesn't work. Does anyone have a suggestion?
