I am Danni Huang and I tested the app of Amrit Choudhary.

The minimum SDK is 16.
The target SDK is 28.
The code, the apk and the screenshots are available at the right location in the Github repository.
I tested the app on emulator (Nexus 5X API 24(Android7.0, API24).
The app does not crashes.
The app makes use of firebase.
The app runs the restaurant app and displays the reviews posted as well.
