I am Amrit Choudhary and I tested the app of Aditya Gajjar.

The target SDK is 28.

The code uses fragments.
The app has been personalized by the student with an image of his place of birth.
The selected image is available in all format (hdpi, xhdpi, mdpi, xxhdpi and xxxhdpi). - N/A
I tested the app on android phone(oneplus 6) running on PIE, phone and tablet emulators with OS PIE.
The app does not crashes.

The app loads an image of the students birth place. He has made use of fragments and the app runs as it was intended to.
