merge filenames in descriptions

Pictures with no description in Shotwell should get the filename as description field.

Pictures with a description in Shotwell and a generic filename should inform this description in the filename. (take care about the lenght of the filename).

Finally, it goes into titles. The full-date identifiers are supressed. The filenames only made by nubers are also discarded.
Only empty titles in database are updates by this option.
