[Gnome 42] Rearrange delay does not seem to work

Middle click to close works like before. Difference to Gnome 41: Windows are immediatly rearranged after middleclickclose.
This looks like a Gnome bug, because it also happens when you click on the native "x" button instead of middle clicking. Please report it in the Gnome bugtracker.
