Travis CI doesn't work anymore. This repo runs into risk of breaking existing code with every new commit.

Folks from ONF are already aware of this. @jnfoster @bocon13

but if you have some cycles and given that this repo doesn't have that many tests, it may make sense to switch to Github actions for this repo instead of Travis, to bypass this restriction altogether
