Cant get Gibberish to work with wow

Is there a ready to put in Addon folder download somewhere? :P i have no idea how to make this addon usable >_< i had one before but had to format my pc and dont have it now
Use the 'Download Source' button, download the zip, extract the contents and rename the folder to 'Gibberish'.
