Comments are not supported in Sensision scrapers

Hi !

Today, you can't have comments on your exposed metrics fetch by Beamium, it is supported by Prometheus scraper but not by Sensision one.

The Warp10 doc say:

Note that empty lines and comment lines (lines starting with #) are ignored. Trailing and leading spaces must be removed.
