Auto-hide bookmarks bar - timeout

When I use "Auto-hide bookmarks bar (show only on nav-bar hover)" code - its great, but I want to ask an improvement... When I move mouse pointer up to the address bar or any Tab, it hovers Bookmark area and it shows up. I want to set up some delay NOT to show it, if mouse hover is LESS than 1 second.
Could it be implemented?
