bun init is crashing on Windows 10

How can we reproduce the crash?

In Powershell, create a new folder:

PS C:\Users\jdesrosiers\Documents> mkdir me

Change Directory:

PS C:\Users\jdesrosiers\Documents> cd .\me\

Run bun init from there:

PS C:\Users\jdesrosiers\Documents\me> bun init

It produces the same issue in a git bash session on Windows.
(BTW: Thanks a lot for Bun!)
