ClamAV don't work

CentOS 7

VestaCP Version:

0.9.8-26

Installed Software (what you got with the installer):

nginx, apache, remi, vsftpd, iptables, exim, dovecot, clamav, mysql

Steps to Reproduce:

maldet -a /tmp

Over the past few days, I have been unsuccessfully trying to scan my server with ClamAV.
found a solution on your forum, but the antivirus does not work with test viruses. wanted to ask a question on the forum (the link indicated a little higher), but could not register several times.
the results that I get when executing instructions from the forum:
