Unable to Save changes to Domain & SSL Not working, Old domains config lost after modifying & resaving

I don't frequently use vestacp but sometimes when i need to add new domains or subdomains / email accounts. Few months ago it was working perfectly but lately with new UI and update 1.0.0 a lot of bugs have arrived.
I am unable to preserve any change i make to domain properties under WEB tab.
For example when i add new domain:
I use default values for 'web template' , 'proxy template' , so i wont tell if those were broken or not BUT
i use SSL support, and check letsencrypt support & hit SAVE button. It shows message e.g: "domains saved/added"
I go back to DOMAINS under WEB, after 5-10 minutes of wait, i refresh the page, but ssl encryption is not yet active.
I edit the domain again , and save changes, after that, previously saved ALIAS , and SSL checkmark are also gone after saving.
Proxy support & Proxy template text are also strikethrough

Other Notes:

I don't remember Previous working version but was something like 0.98.xxx
I modified previously added domain where letsencrypt was working fine, after saving changes SSL cert , key & domain alias were also lost.

Anything else?
If you can help me with the solution, i can give you access, kindly tell me how to fix it.
