Add creative commons license

I choose to apply the Attribution-ShareAlike style of Creative Commons license. This means that we DO allow commercial use of the work. However, the Attribution and ShareAlike parts mean that the work has a viral quality, in the style of GPL. Basically, if you create derived works, those works need to use the same license, and attribute the original work.
I think this is a good trade off in features, including allowing people to create new works.
