Control and charging not working

Hello , first of all, thank you for your work and for sharing it with us !

I bought the pspi6 on your website with sound board ,cm4 carrier , battery and screen .
I use a cm4 4go with 8go mmc and no wifi .

I have 2 issues :
I used your retropie image , and when it's start , my psp stay on the retropie menue . Controls are not working ( except brightness) and battery level is low but imposssible to recharge it .
so when I put the battery cable ( offocial psp or by mini usb ) , the green light turns orange 2 min and go back green .

Do you have an idea ?

No , it’s show the same .

I have a feeling this may be a software issue instead of a hardware one. Not 100% sure just yet, but it's possible that the battery is just fully charged and it goes green because the battery hits full capacity, and the software just isnt reporting the condition for some reason. Are you able to join my Discord and chat in the PSPi Support channel? It's a lot easier to troubleshoot with chat than it is here.
