Image Authorization Fail - Secure Boot

Can anyone help me. I enabled boot securely in the boot loader after installation as it was recommended in the guide for updates. I then re enabled secure boot in the BIOS. Now I can't get monterey to boot. I get the Image Authorization Fail screen. I tried to follow the help to run the command but I can't get it to boot even in recovery mode I have tried holding windows and R but it goes to the same screen
Figured this out I have had to clear the keys in the bios first before it lets you boot to recovery
