AJAX HTTP Error when searching for a library

Descriptive summary

We get an AJAX HTTP error occurred when searching for a library at https://librariesoforegon.org/find_a_library

Expected behavior

It should return search results if available. Otherwise, it should return a blank page (This is how it works on the dev site, but I think it would be nice if would return a No results found or similar text when a match is not available).

Actual behavior

We get AJAX Error:

Steps:

1. Go to https://librariesoforegon.org/find_a_library
2. Enter Corvallis under Find your library
3. Click Apply
4. See Ajax error
