- Get ed2-authentication branch merged into SA and deployed
- Ensure the
retreiver.rbhack is in place to limit the query to 10-20 records per query - Set local_env.yml configuration for system email to be scholarsarchive email address
- Email content, see #107
- Set scholarsarchive@oregonstate.edu as the sole email address for communications
- Set daily cron to run the harvest rake task
- Beta test for 2 weeks then set a go-live date
