Get a vibration/screen alert for some important events like smartphone disconnection

Make some basic and configurable alerts (in the watchset file).
Special recognizable patterns --- combinations of long and short signals.
Ways to alert:
- Vibration
- Blink screen with watch face inversion
- Blink screen with backlight
Use cases:
- Moving away from your phone. (the same on the other side will be useful)
- Reconnection alert when you get back the connection
- Low battery alert both for the watch and the phone
- Alarm alert
- Calendar notification
