Use deps.dev api rather than bigquery?

It looks like a fairly recent addition to deps.dev, but it'd be great if criticality_score could use the free api rather than the bigquery dataset, as the latter requires google-cloud integration, which seems like a lot of work to setup just for a simple CLI app.
