Generating PRN or navigation message only?

Hello guys, I'm writing bachelor's thesis about GNSS SDR simulation and I want to desribe, how this SW works. Can I ask if this code is generating only navigation message or nav message + PRN code (pseudorandom noise)? I guess both of them but I want to make sure. Thx
