Decrease tap are in Navigation – Travel

Description
Users complain about broken navigation between regions in Travel guides. It seems navigation works fine, but tap area is limited only to chevron icon
How to reproduce
- Download Travel guides for Europe
- Search for Benelux, open article
- Tap on Europe, below NavBar
Actual result
- Taping on Region name opens corresponding article
- Taping on chevron ">" opens list of inner region
