Borders of downloaded maps are not visible in iOS 15.7.7

OsmAnd 4.7.1.8 (TestFlight) iPhone 6s iOS 15.7.7
Downloaded maps are not visible (although they should be) at zoom level 7-4 on iPhone 6s iOS 15.7.7 (see docs https://osmand.net/docs/user/map/vector-maps#show-borders). Issue cannot be reproduced on iPhone 13 mini iOS 17.2.1
note: I've got almost the same maps on both devices.
Steps to reproduce:
- download a map of any country
- make sure, that Show borders of downloaded maps option is turned on in Menu > Configure map
- zoom out to zoom 7-4
Actual result:
- downloaded maps are not shown (they should be colored in light green) - see screenshots
- for reference, there is a screenshot made on iPhone 13 mini
Expected result:
- downloaded maps are shown when Show borders of downloaded maps option is on

Same issue on:
- iPhone SE 1st gen
- iOS 15.8
- TestFlight 4.7.1.10
and - iPad Pro 12.9 1st gen
- iPadOS 16.7.5
- TestFlight 4.7.1.10
Probably 6s is too old and the issue is not that significant
