New release of pipecat/move generate-jobs to latest release to ensure durability

I'd really like to have a more durable RabbitMQ in case rabbitmq exits. That would save the existing work on long running processing.
Should we fix generate-jobs/Dockerfile to use master pipecat or use a new release of pipecat?
