I installed everything and it just says
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pyproj'

IMO that's not an issue with Ortho4XP itself but rather of the Python environment. Ongoing discussion topic in the support forum: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/162203-could-not-convert-texture-to-dds/
