Feature request: Regularly post latest news content (Using RSS Feed)

Utilize RSS feed from good news sources to send out regular announcements in a dedicated channel to keep the server members updated on the latest happenings of the tech world.
The Bot currently uses API. Let's get it to use an RSS feed instead to expand more.
