Menu does not use package names

@aherreraGH noticed I'd forgotten to make the menu display the package titles... right now it's showing the names.
And silly me just remembered. I could have pushed this one out in the release I just published 😊
@aherreraGH I just published a new version of @osjs/panels that will provide proper titles to the menu :)
