Mesh visibility flags

It seems the AddMesh() MESHVIS_EXTPASS flag "cancels" the MESHVIS_VC flag, impossibilitating the mesh from being used as a vc mesh (i.e., smaller clipping distance).
This "issue" can be overcome with a dedicated vc mesh, but I don't know if this behavior is by design or a bug, thus this ticket, in case something needs change.
