KSC Launch Complex 39 pad structures

What is the current thinking re: the unfinished KSC Launch Complex 39 pad structures? I have been doing some work on the concrete hardstand, so I was wondering what is the plan really for this? So far I have removed the shuttle specific elements (FSS/RSS and MLP) and added the missing pad surface structures (east/west MLP access towers, the ECS tower and the two propellant disconnect towers). So, nothing too major yet.

I just want some input on what the forward plans are if there are any at this point.
