Two buttons not responsive on About Orbiter page

Clicking on the Help button or Credits and Contributions button under "About Orbiter" tab doesn't seem to work.
Both would have opened .chm files from /Html/ folder:
/Html/credit.chm/Html/orbiter.chm
I think those are not (yet) build in the build process.
HTML Help (CHM) Help Compiler (hhc.exe) ist not part of the Visual Studio Suites anymore (since ages), as far as I know.
HHC.exe is a part of the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop package and might have to be incooperated into the build process.
Hopefully someone can change the build process to do this. Unfortunately I have no clue about how to do this :/
