Go implementation of the log

We should create a Go implementation of ipfs-log.
Some early work here: https://github.com/haadcode/go-ipfs-log
@keks took it an ran, another Go (early?) version here: https://github.com/keks/go-ipfs-colog
Oh, didn't see this issue. I guess go-ipfs-colog is in an okay state, but needs more tests.
It looks like this is happening now in https://github.com/berty/go-ipfs-log. Anyone interested in the go version should check that out and see if you can help 👍
