Support EU instance for Icinga2

The Opsgenie2Icinga wrapper currently only supports the US instance: https://github.com/opsgenie/opsgenie-integration/blob/master/icinga2/icinga2/icinga2opsgenie.go#L29
To allow the usage of the EU instance in combination with Icinga2, there should be a switch to use the new API endpoint. For example similar to #34
