Component error: weback - No module named 'boto3'

Before updating to the latest ha version, I saw this error in my configuration checker...
I am upgraded to 2021.9.3 but just ran the checker for 2021.9.4 and got the same message.
Failed config General Errors Component error: weback - No module named 'boto3'
EDIT - Just upgraded anyway and everything is working
