[Feature request] Guidance start

I'd be great if it was possible to have the effect started from >0 steps. For example, if combined with control net with guidance start >0, it'd allow to place a character or an object in the corner without changing the original composition a lot. Like, the second picture should retain the girl from the first one in her original pose.
