The USER_GUIDE.md is outdated for some of the aspects of OpossumUI. This can lead to confusions for new users.
Describe the solution you'd like
The USER_GUIDE.md is updated to reflect the current state of the app.
Done as part of the OpossumUI 2.0 branch.
