Support for DDNS in Kea

Important notices

Before you add a new report, we ask you kindly to acknowledge the following:

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am currently using ISC DHCPD which has support in OPNsense for dynamically updating my DNS servers with assigned IP addresses.

Describe the solution you like
I would like for support for kea-dhcp-ddns to be added for the purposes of feature parity with the existing ISC DHCPD.

Looking at the documentation relating to this part, the required configuration interface is

  1. Able to enter one or more TSIG keys, identified by TSIG key name and containing algorithm and secret.
  2. Able to enter one or more forward domain names, along with specifying the DNS servers to use and the TSIG key name.
  3. The exact same as (2), but for reverse domain names.

Describe alternatives you considered
The only alternative for now is to stay with ISC DHCPD. Or to move to a separately hosted DHCP server.

Additional context
