Should we separate the WP1 Bot from the WP1 Selection tools?

I think as we integrate https://github.com/openzim/wp1_selection_tools this gets decided for us. The current draft design I have in mind for that project is to put the page views, page links and language links directly into the ratings table, so we would then have a dependency on the WP1 schema for selection tools.
