Zpool create can't open disk#

While trying to create a pool with disk# says "cannot open 'disk#': no such device in /dev". All the drives show as properly listed in device manager and task manager. Am able to format them in disk management. Can't find where the issue is for it. Haven't seen anyone else with the same issue so don't know why mine is doing it
I figured out to use the PHYSICALDRIVE# instead of the shorthand
