Strange behavior shown in video

The folder without a name was created by extracting an archive in Peazip. It was either a .tar.gz archive or a .tar archive that I extracted. The archive did not have a folder without a name. No name showing is a ZFS on windows bug I think. After multiple clicks, see what happens.
That is quite neat. Any non-latin names in the archive? Or all just English? I suspect it failed to look something up, and it defaults to using "." in that case, which clearly is a disaster as it repeats forever.
I think the original file that started this was a rar for the game Raft Update 11.
