Describe the problem you're observing
It has been reported in Debian Bug #1063457, #1076218 that another program, nordugrid-arc-client has provided the command line program arcstat , with a longer history than zfs-linux.
In Debian it's a policy violation that two packages provides the same command, and this is nowadays more trouble because Debian is going usrmerge.
I would like to know your opinion how do we handle this, one possibility is renaming the command (at least in Debian).
