[change] Make OPENWISP_RADIUS_CALLED_STATION_IDS consistent with OPENWISP_RADIUS_PASSWORD_RESET_URLS

Use organization UUID instead of slug, maintain backward compatibility with slug, but in the docs mention only UUID.
We want to use UUID because slugs can change.
