Add ModeWeight to Transmodel API

The GTFS GraphQL API allows us to plan journey using different reluctances for different modes in form of a ModeWeight parameter, but it seems that the same functionality doesn't exist in Transmodel API.
I would like the same support to be added into Transmodel as well.
