File-paths in debug-client-assets are invalid under Windows

Expected behavior
The Repository can be cloned under windows
Observed behavior
Because of colons in folder names (e.g. '2024/01/2024-01-10T14:51/) windows cannot properly clone the repository
Version of OTP used (exact commit hash or JAR name)
Steps to reproduce the problem
try to clone debug-client-assets on a windows system
May I ask which repo are you talking about? The main OTP repo doesn't contain these paths.
If you are talking about the assets repo, why do you want to clone it? It only serves as file storage so we can serve files from a CDN.
It's exactly the Repo you are talking about. Then I misunderstood the purpose of this repo and this issue is no longer valid.
