When viewing an Interest or Adoption form, there is red text prior to any interaction with the form's dropdown.

Steps
- Go to staging.openstax.org
- Click on Subjects
- Click and Subject, any Book
- Click Sign Up for more/Let us know on Book Details page - left side menu item
- Notice form loads with red text present
